Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping options.

  • UPS Ground
  • Over-night
  • Second Day Air
  • Express 2-3 day

Most orders are shipped via UPS within 48 hours or less.   

Vaughan & Jones Gifts Baskets have no control on the time it may take for your package to be delivered once a package has left our design studio.  Therefore we are not liable for lost,  stolen or claims of non-receipt of merchandise.   You can however track your order via the UPS website.  We do not receive tracking numbers until the day after your order is shipped.  Please allow (24) hours for tracking information to be posted. 

We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes.

However, all of these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. We do not ship any USPS items the week prior to any holiday. Any orders placed for shipping via USPS during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself.

When shipping to any and all Military bases the proper zip and address format are:

  • AE (Armed Forces Europe/ Canada/ Middle East/ Africa) -09XXXX
  • AP (Armed Forces Pacific) 96XXX
  • AA (Armed Forces Atlantic) 34XXX

Shipping will be standardized to the following prices:

  • All APO shipments $14.95
  • All FPO shipments $16.95

Please remember however not all gifts are available to ship to APO and FPO destinations and we do not offer claim service of any kind. You ship these gifts at your own risk. Also, please remember all USPS shipments do take 1-2 extra days to ship out.

Shipping to Canada

We offer shipping to all Canadian addresses via UPS. Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via UPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments. These are shipped at your own risk. All orders shipping to Canada will need to be emailed or faxed over to us until we can get the order form changed. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.

Attention!!!
All Chocolate gift baskets may not be available in hot months (approx. May - September). Chocolate products that are included in other gift baskets (not all chocolate baskets) may be substituted for cookies or other heat resistant sweets, such as hard candy.

Orders placed before 1p.m. (EST) will be shipped the same day. If you have place your order after 1p.m. (EST), it will be shipped the next day.

All baskets will be shipped in separate boxes for safety.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (basket should be packed in its original pack as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.

To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
